Combines negative feedback, A-to-z Guarantee claims, and chargebacks. Amazon expects a very low value here – staying above the threshold for a sustained period is one of the most common reasons for account restrictions.
Measures the share of orders shipped late. Directly influenceable through clean inventory planning for self-fulfilled orders; usually not critical for FBA, since Amazon ships itself.
Shows how many orders have a valid tracking number. A low value makes it harder for Amazon to trace delivery issues and negatively affects buyer trust.
Covers everything from rights-owner complaints to prohibited products to suspected review manipulation. A single serious violation can lead to a suspension faster than weak metrics.
Amazon regularly adjusts thresholds and the weighting of these metrics. Continuous monitoring of all metrics in context matters more than any single cutoff.
How we work
Good account management isn't a one-time setup left to run on its own. It lives on a clear cadence of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks – proactive, not just reactive when something goes wrong.
Technical support
A large part of ongoing account management is pure troubleshooting: failed feed uploads, misassigned categories, blocked variation relationships, conflicting attributes between catalog and listing. To outsiders these error messages often look cryptic – but they mostly follow recognizable patterns.
We read error logs regularly, know the usual causes, and know when an issue resolves itself and when a case needs to be escalated to Amazon Support – including the phrasing that actually leads to a resolution instead of another canned response.
The goal is always to fix technical issues before they affect visibility, Buy Box, or account health – not to clean up afterward.
What we look at
Reach and clicks are easy to buy. Whether they pay off only shows up further down the calculation. That's why we don't just report what looks good, but what actually counts.
What's included
From practice
We review the exact reasoning in the Account Health dashboard, gather the required evidence (e.g. invoices, compliance documents), and submit a structured plan of action. For unclear or incorrect suspensions, we file a targeted appeal.
We check price, availability, shipping time, and account health against the competition – the Buy Box depends on several factors at once, not just price. We then adjust the levers that actually make a difference.
We review the case, submit evidence where needed, and, for legitimate claims, seek direct resolution with the buyer to avoid a hit to the Order Defect Rate.
We document the violation with screenshots and evidence and report it through the appropriate Amazon channels. For hijacking, we additionally check brand and catalog rights.
We analyze the error logs from Seller Central, identify the affected field or format, and fix the data source. Common causes are incorrect attribute formats, missing required fields, or conflicts with existing catalog entries.
We review category assignment and product attributes, request approval for the correct category if needed, and fix the classification – incorrect categorization otherwise costs visibility and filterability long-term.
